When you visit our Site, we may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information from or about you:

One way we collect Personal Information is from the information you provide in the forms you fill out and submit on our Site. We may disclose aggregate data derived from Personal Information, which does not include unique identifiers, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt out of the sharing of this information.
8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

9. DO NOT TRACK
Do Not Track is a privacy preference a user may be able to set in their web browsers. At this time, we do not recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals and we will still receive information. 11. COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAYLORED SERVICES
You consent to receive communications from us, including automated communications, related to our Site and services. Upon receiving your request, we may contact you to confirm our compliance or clarify the scope of your request.
12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site as well as the services we offer, and sell are intended for businesses and individuals engaged in commercial shipping. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 17 will use the Site or purchase the services we offer. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from children we know to be under the age of 17. In addition, we will delete any information in our database we become aware has originated from a child under the age of 17.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request we deactivate any of your Personal Information in our database and/or opt out from receiving communications from us. If you wish to do so, please contact us as described below.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on your behalf. In order to fulfill your request to know or delete submitted by an authorized agent, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and we may require you verify your own identity with us directly.
