Todd initially became engaged with Taylored as a consultant/auditor-extraordinaire, and his work enabled us to secure the acquisition of Toll Global Logistics (U.S.). His mastery of data, clever system improvements, and pluck when it comes to negotiation are best-in-class. In 2020, Todd officially joined the team as Head of West Coast Operations, responsible for 7 facilities servicing 50+ customers within 3.1m square feet in both manual and automated environments.

Now as COO, Todd is responsible for overseeing all facility locations, from east coast to west coast and everything in between. He also manages Client Services, Safety & Security, Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Taylored Freight Services.

Margaritta Topielski is a versatile global leader in international business, from large corporations to private equity-backed new ventures across multiple industries. Her experience in general management, business development, and finance and operations range from Croscill, Makeup Forever, LVMH, Derek Lam, and Samsonite. She received her MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University.

Her passion is developing and elevating others by building solid relationships, leading by example, and embracing an inclusive culture. From growing up in Sri Lanka to immigrating to Canada to breaking down barriers for women and minorities in corporate leadership, she understands the difficulties in navigating a successful career and is passionate about acting as a mentor to those around her.

Protection of Taylored Services Team and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Taylored Services, our employees, our users, or others.

Change in Control: If we experience a change in control, we may amend our information practices as described in this Privacy Policy. We will post a notice on our Site’s home page or a link to notice with our amended Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our amended Privacy Policy, you must discontinue accessing and using the Site immediately and may contact us as described below.

“Change in control” means any of the following events:

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and the services we offer and sell are intended for businesses and individuals engaged in commercial shipping. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 17 will use the Site or purchase the services we offer. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from children we know under the age of 17. In addition, we will delete any information in our database we become aware has originated from a child under the age of 17.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request we deactivate any of your Personal Information in our database and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us. If you wish to do so, please contact us as described below.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

You will be able to access third-party websites directly from the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third-party websites. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on your behalf. In order to fulfill your request to know or delete submitted by an authorized agent, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and we may require you to verify your own identity with us directly.

User-enabled privacy controls, such as a browser plugin or privacy setting or other mechanism that communicate or signal your choice to opt-out of the sale of personal information, are considered a request directly from you, not through an authorized agent.

JONATHAN ROSENTHAL - COB

Jonathan has spent a lifetime as an entrepreneur. He started his first company, NetAir International, in 1983. It was innovative as the first multi-city on-demand jet charter company and grew into the largest operation of its kind in the United States. His second venture was launching Saybrook Partners, a merchant bank, in 1990 and Saybrook Corporate Opportunity Funds in 2007.

Jonathan serves in numerous leadership roles, including founder and chairman of the LA Harbor Performance Enhancement Center, WherehouseIT.com, and the Harvard Graduate School Leadership Institute. He also serves on the Marine Transportation System National Advisory Committee, Los Angeles Sustainable Freight Advisory Board, and the University of Southern California Center for Supply Chain Management board of directors.

He earned a B.A. in Philosophy from California State University; a B.A. Sc. in International Law and Legal Studies from Uppsala University; and a J.D. in law from Southwestern Law School.

Jonathan is passionate about both expanding and sharing his knowledge and expertise. He has lectured in transformational change at the University of Chicago, UCLA, John’s Hopkins, and Harvard College.

Thomas has dedicated over 20 years of his career to IT for 3PL companies. He has grown to deeply understand the importance of keeping pace with a dynamic and ever-changing marketplace. Before joining Taylored in 2014, Thomas led the IT department for a $2.8 billion window manufacturer and a $1.2 billion electronic media organization. He holds a degree in accelerated mathematics/calculus from LaGuardia Community College and an MBA focusing on computer software engineering from Fordham University.
Thomas is passionate about coaching and mentoring teams and sharing his experience in cross-functional team leadership. He knows that one of the best ways to grow an organization in today’s society is by implementing effective technology to stay ahead.

Mike leads the technological vision of Taylored Services and is focused on creating improved efficiency through new innovation and research. After over 35 years in 3PL, vitamins and supplements, consumer products, engineering, and construction, he is a man of many talents. He has served as CFO at companies ranging in size from $50-$700 million and spent 15 years at PepsiCo as the senior finance leader of a $1.2 billion beverage unit.

Mike holds a B.S. in business administration and accounting from Clarion State College. He is passionate about providing solid leadership and applying “Fortune 50” know-how to elevate smaller companies.

Jim DeVeau is a retailer at heart, with over 20 years of experience leading in the retail industry with Lord & Taylor, AnnTaylor, Charming Shoppes, and Footstar. After assisting with Footstar’s restructure in 2004, Jim transitioned into the 3PL industry.

Over the next ten years, he held various C-suite positions at FMI International, Summit International Logistics, and Toll Global Forwarding before becoming Taylored’s president, CEO, and board director.

Jim is passionate about sharing his knowledge. Holding an undergraduate and graduate degree from Northeastern University, together with his extensive experience, he frequently speaks at industry trade shows and conferences. He has been recognized as a leader within the industry. He currently sits on the advisory board of warehouse exchange and was chosen by the US Chamber of Commerce to represent retail trade post 9/11.
