Thank you for your interest in Taylored Services, LLC (“Taylored Services”) and our privacy practices. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Taylored Services and/or its subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy describes (i) how we handle the personal information you provide us (“Personal Information”) when you access or use the public-facing portion of www.tayloredservices.com  (“Site”), and (ii) options you have with respect to your Personal Information.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SITE OR SUBMITTING INFORMATION TO US VIA OUR SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU MUST CEASE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.

When you visit our Site, we may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information from or about you:

4. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

One way we collect Personal Information is from the information you provide in the forms you fill out and submit on our Site. You will know when you provide this information because you will enter the information and are required to click a button or take another action indicating you are submitting the form data to us.

We may also collect Personal Information using web tracking and analytics tools, including “cookies” and similar technologies. The specific names and types of cookies and similar technologies we use to collect information which may include information about the device you use to access our Site, its operating system, IP address, browser type, the pages you view, links you click, and other actions you take on our Site may change from time to time. More information on the types of tracking technologies used on our Site can be found below.

5. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our Site and the services we offer and sell and providing customer support.

We also derive aggregate information from Personal data to track the use of the Site and assist us in improving our Site and services.

6. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not rent, sell, or disclose your Personal Information to anyone (including our Customers), except as described in this Privacy Policy. In addition to the sharing described elsewhere, we will share Personal Information for the following limited purposes:

Use by Our Partners & Agents: We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf — meaning they are helping us provide our services. We may share your Personal Information with such companies/persons solely as necessary for them to help us provide services. Unless we tell you differently, Taylored Services agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

Protection of Taylored Services Team and Others: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Taylored Services, our employees, our users, or others.

Change in Control: If we experience a change in control, we may amend our information practices as described in this Privacy Policy. We will post a notice on our Site’s home page or a link to notice with our amended Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our amended Privacy Policy, you must discontinue accessing and using the Site immediately and may contact us as described below.

“Change in control” means any of the following events:

• We undergo a reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or other restructuring involving all or substantially all of our voting securities and/or assets, by operation of law or otherwise;
• we become insolvent;
• we make a general assignment for the benefit of creditors;
• a receiver is appointed for our business or assets;
• we become subject to any proceeding under any bankruptcy or insolvency law, whether domestic or foreign; or
• we are liquidated, voluntarily or otherwise.

7. OTHER INFORMATION WE MAY SHARE

We may disclose aggregate data derived from Personal Information, including unique identifiers, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information.

8. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

A cookie is a small text file placed in the memory of your browser or device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a website to recognize a particular device or browser. The following types of cookies may be used on our Site:

• Session cookies expire at the end of your browser session (when you close the browser) and are used to link your actions during that particular browser session.
• Persistent cookies are stored on your device between browser sessions to remember your preferences or actions across multiple sites.
• First-party cookies are set by our Site.
• Third-party cookies are set by a third-party website separate from our Site.

Web beacons are small graphic images and may also be used on our site (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) that may be included on websites, services, applications, messaging, and tools that typically work in conjunction with cookies to identify user behavior.

Other companies help us with various aspects of our business, such as site operations, services, applications, advertisements, and tools. We use authorized service providers to analyze and improve our Site and marketing efforts. These service providers may also place cookies on your device via our Site (third-party cookies). They may also collect information that helps them identify your devices, such as IP-address or other unique or device identifiers. Third-party cookies are covered by the third parties privacy policy.

Cookies can be disabled or removed by tools that are available in most commercial browsers. The preferences for each browser you use will need to be set separately, and different browsers offer different functionality and options.

Opting out of our first-party advertising-related cookies or out of third-party advertising-related cookies and web beacons as described herein does not necessarily mean that you will not see advertising — only that this advertising will not be targeted to you through the use of first-party or third-party cookies, web beacons, or related technologies.

If you would like to opt-out of all other types of technologies we employ or may employ in the future on our Site, you may do so by blocking, deleting, or disabling them as your browser or device permits.

9. DO NOT TRACK

Do Not Track is a privacy preference a user may be able to set in their web browsers. When a user turns on a Do Not Track signal, their browser typically sends a message to websites requesting it not track the user. At this time, we do not recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals, and we will still receive information. As a result, we may still collect information about you and your internet activity, even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.

It is possible some or all of our third-party advertising partners or members of their affiliate networks may participate in consumer opt-out programs. 10. INFORMATION SECURITY

We encrypt Personal Information you send to us via the Site using secure socket layer technology (sometimes referred to as “SSL”). Therefore, although our systems are monitored for possible attacks and vulnerabilities, we cannot guarantee their absolute security. 11. COMMUNICATIONS FROM TAYLORED SERVICES

You consent to receive communications from us, including automated communications, related to our Site and services.  If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may opt-out by following the instructions provided in each communication or contacting us as described below. Upon receiving your request, we may contact you to confirm our compliance or clarify the scope of your request.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Site and the services we offer and sell are intended for businesses and individuals engaged in commercial shipping. Therefore, it is unlikely that children under the age of 17 will use the Site or purchase the services we offer. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from children we know under the age of 17. In addition, we will delete any information in our database we become aware has originated from a child under the age of 17.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request we deactivate any of your Personal Information in our database and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us. If you wish to do so, please contact us as described below.

13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

You will be able to access third-party websites directly from the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third-party websites. We cannot control how third parties may use the Personal Information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit before using it or disclosing your personal information to its provider.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion. When we do so, we will post the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You agree to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Site following the posting of such changes constitutes your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the changes. If you do not agree, you should immediately discontinue your use of the Site.

For California consumers, this Statement is incorporated into and supplements our Privacy Policy (Section 1) with respect to your rights regarding your personal information. All defined terms within the California Consumer Privacy Act, including those defined in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140, apply for the purposes of interpreting this Statement.

Please note that this Statement does not apply to our processing of personal information on behalf of and is solely subject to the instructions of other entities; employee personal information; or personal information collected about you if your personal information is provided to us solely within the context of us conducting due diligence regarding, or providing or receiving a product or service to or from a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, nonprofit, or government agency on whose behalf you are acting.

2. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

As a California consumer, you have the right to request that we disclose what personal information about you we collect, use, disclose, and sell. More specifically, you have rights to the following without charge:

We will not retain any personal information about you that was collected for a single, one-time transaction if, in the ordinary course of business, that information about you is not retained, nor will we reidentify or otherwise link any data that, in the ordinary course of business, is not maintained in a manner that would be considered personal information.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION SOLD OR DISCLOSED FOR A BUSINESS PURPOSE

In connection with personal information we may sell or disclose for a business purpose, if any, you have the right to know the categories of personal information about you that we sold and the categories of third parties to whom we sold the personal information, and the categories of personal information that we disclosed about you for a business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information.

DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Subject to the exceptions set out below, and upon your submission of a verifiable request, you have the right to deletion of your personal information from our records and to have us direct our service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

We are not required to, and reserve our right not to, delete your personal information it if is necessary to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us; detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for that activity; debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality; exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law; comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act; enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on the your relationship with us; abide by an existing legal obligation; and otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

YOUR RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THE SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the definition of “sale” provided by California law, we sell personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could be reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household to third parties.

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. If you exercise your right to opt out of your personal information, we will refrain from selling your personal information unless you subsequently provide express authorization for the sale of your personal information.

FREEDOM FROM DISCRIMINATION

You have the right not to be discriminated against by us because you exercised any of your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. This means we cannot on the basis of the exercise of your rights thereunder, among other things, deny goods or services to you, charge different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; provide a different level or quality of goods or services to you; or suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

In order to verify your request, you will need to provide us with enough information to identify you (e.g., your full name, address, and customer or account number), proof of your identity and address (e.g., a copy of your driving license or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill), and a description of what right you wish to exercise along with any information to which your requests relates.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request under the California Consumer Privacy Act on your behalf. In order to fulfill your request to know or delete submitted by an authorized agent, you must provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and we may require you to verify your own identity with us directly.

User-enabled privacy controls, such as a browser plugin or privacy setting or other mechanism that communicate or signal your choice to opt-out of the sale of personal information, are considered a request directly from you, not through an authorized agent.

We reserve our right not to fulfill a request if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or exercise any other rights described herein. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply with your request if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. You may only make data access or data portability requests twice within a 12-month period.

Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted to addresses other than the addresses specified in this paragraph.
