How To log in

• Go to the following URL: https://tayloredservices.com/wp-admin/
• Enter your credentials

How To Create A
New Job Posting

• Click "Pages" on the left-hand side.
• Hover over "New Job Posting"
• Click "Duplicate This"
• You should see a new page labelled New Job Posting — Draft, Elementor, hover over and press quick edit and change to the title of the page
• The title of the page should reflect position to help keep it organized. If you have multiple jobs but different locations, I would advise adding a city name beside it.
• Hover over the new page and click "edit with eliminator."
• Click into the "Job Position" field and replace it with the job position

• To replace, go to the screen's left side and replace the text in the "Title" area.

• Click into "Full-Time" and change to a different type of job. (Temporary, Contract, Salary, etc.)

• To edit this field, you will have to replace text in the "heading" field.

• Click "location" to change it to the location the employee is applying.

• To edit this field, you will have to replace text in the "heading" field.

• Click on the clock to change the time.

• To edit this field, you will have to replace text in the "heading" field.

• To change the job description, imagine each "row" as a paragraph

• Once clicked, replace the information in the "title" field with your information. Make sure you only use one paragraph per "row." The text field does not recognize using a new line by pressing enter. If you are comfortable, you can also use the following code to create a line break.
• If you have too many paragraphs, you can delete a paragraph by hovering over the text and pressing the "x" button found in the blue tab right over the hovered text.

• Changing Job Responsibilities/ Qualifications/ Other Benefits (bulleted lists)

• Once you click on the list, you will notice it on the left-hand side. There are items listed by numbers (Item #1, Item #2, item #3, and so on)

• To create new: Press the "+ADD ITEM" button
• To edit item: Click on the number and change text in the "list" field
• To remove an item: Click the "x" icon
• To duplicate items: click the "two pages on top of each other" icon.
• To change order: Drag and drop item

• When done, do not forget to press the "update" button on the bottom left. You can also press this anytime to save progress.

How To Update
Careers Page

• Click "Pages" on the left-hand side.
• Hover over new job posting you want to add

• Right-Click on view and click "copy link address."
• On a separate document, write down the job position and paste the information you just copied.
• Keep repeating Step 2 until you have all the new postings copied.

• Hover over "careers" and click "edit with elementor
• Scroll to the middle of the page to see the different job positions and click on the field.
• To open the field, click on top of "Item #(the number)"
• To minimize area, click on top of "Item #(the number)"
• To add an item: Click the "two pages on top of each other." I like always to click the last on the list to keep me organized. Change the following fields.

• First Item Text: Job Position
• Second Item Text: City of the job position.
• Third Item Text: Type of position (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, and so on)
• Link: Copy and paste the link you saved from "Step 2"
• Please do not change any of the other settings, as it will change the aesthetics.

• To Delete Item: Click X beside the Item # that has the position
• To Reorder: Drag and drop in the order you want.
• When done, do not forget to press the "update" button on the bottom left. You can also press this anytime to save progress.

How To Delete
Postings

• Click "Pages" on the left-hand side.
• Click the boxes of all the postings you want to delete.
• Click the drop-down menu "Bulk actions" (found above of all the job positions)

• Click the "Move to trash" option.

• Click the button "Apply."
• Hover over "careers" and click "edit with elementor
• Scroll to the middle of the page to see the different job positions and click on the field.
• To Delete Item: Click X beside the Item # that has the position
• When done, do not forget to press the "update" button on the bottom left. You can also press this anytime to save progress.
