We have a cross-functional task force who is committed to continual assessment of COVID-19 developments, and communicating the response plan back to us. The team meets daily to evaluate the current situations with the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Our COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan is set in place for our operations in North America. We have the appropriate technology and resources in place to ensure we can be safe while providing services to our customers. Determining the impact COVID-19 will have on our operations is difficult to assess, but we will maintain our commitment to our customers. Our flexibility and ability to problem-solve will prove to be valuable under these circumstances. The supply chain services are considered an essential service during this pandemic.
